Event filming in the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges

Planning a corporate event or private celebration in the Yarra Valley, Mount Dandenong or the wider Dandenong Ranges? Tell us where it will take place, who the film is for and what you want it to capture.

Areas we cover

We welcome corporate and private-event filming enquiries across the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges, including Yarra Glen, Coldstream, Healesville, Mount Dandenong, Olinda and Monbulk, plus surrounding areas. Send your venue, date and event brief so we can confirm availability and filming scope.

Nearby, with no travel fee

We’re based close to the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges, so there’s no travel fee for filming in these two regions. Less travel keeps your quote focused on the filming. We plan our arrival with time to set up, and we’re happy to stay for a late finish as part of your agreed coverage.

Corporate events: start with the purpose

Is the film for your team, your clients or a wider audience? Share the event schedule, important speakers and intended viewing channels. Discuss whether you need a short event recap, selected interviews or a record of key presentations before agreeing the filming scope.

Private celebrations: focus on your people

Share the occasion, venue, timing and the people or speeches you want remembered. Let us know whether the finished film is for private viewing or public sharing so permissions and delivery requirements can be discussed from the start.

Working with your venue

Before filming, agree access times, camera positions, setup space and any sound-feed requirements with the venue team. Tell us about presentations, performances or simultaneous activities that may affect coverage.

What should I send with my enquiry?

Your date, venue, event type, approximate schedule, intended audience and the films you hope to receive. Include any speaker, guest or venue restrictions you already know about.

Do wedding packages or offers apply?

Corporate events and private celebrations are scoped separately. Wedding packages and wedding promotions do not automatically apply.

Email hello@mjpro.com.au with your date, venue, event type and intended use. Your email app opens; nothing is sent automatically.
